Matt’s career began in financial services, but in 1995, he joined Stockyards Packing, a high-end wholesale meat packing company that had been family-owned by the Pollack family since 1893. In 1997, he successfully engineered a leveraged buyout of the company, leading it to continued growth before selling Stockyards to U.S. Food Service in 2000. Matt remained president until 2003, ensuring a smooth transition and honoring his leadership contract. After years of running a business built on exceptional customer service and strong ethics, he sought a new challenge. With a keen eye for industries in need of trustworthy leadership, he identified homebuilding as the perfect fit and founded RedRock Custom Homes. Now, 21 years later, RedRock has outlasted nearly all of its competitors and built a reputation as a North Shore homebuilder that can truly be trusted. With over 17 years of experience as a Project Manager at RedRock Custom Homes, I have had the privilege of helping families bring their dream homes to life, whether through custom new builds or thoughtfully planned remodels. At RedRock, a family oriented company, we believe in quality, integrity, and lasting relationships. I am fortunate to lead a trusted team of subcontractors who not only share our values but feel like family themselves. My wife Robyn and daughter Jordyn are also a big part of the journey and feel like part of the team, supporting, encouraging, and sharing in the pride of every finished project. Together, we strive to make each home a reflection of the people who live in it, and each experience a positive and memorable one.
